Join Lisa on Sunday 25th May at 9.30am. Her Self-Care Sunday series is a treat for the senses with a deeply restful meditation to help you get out of your busy mind and drop deeply into your heart. I will use the healing power of Reiki throughout the session to help you shift any stagnant energy being held in your body. This will all happen in a peaceful space where the magic of music, sound bowls, calming scents and gentle healing touch will hold you and support you in coming back into your true alignment. Letting Go, 9D Breathwork Journey

PreNatal Yoga Classes

Join Ciara on Tuesdays at 6.30pm or Saturdays at 9am starting June 3rd for her five week course of prenatal yoga classes. Suited to all fitness levels with standing and seated movements. Max 6 participants, bookings essential.

Slow Flow for Surfers

Join Ali on Wednesday at 7pm starting May 7th for this 6-week yoga program designed for surfers to improve surfing mobility and to help you to move better in and out of the water. But! You don’t have to surf to join. Anyone is welcome, so bring a friend or that person who's always talked about trying yoga.
